554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes
In my case this happened when I was using Zoho as my email provider, Outlook as my Email Client, and the Google Workspace Google Calender.
Here is my setup:
- Using Zoho Email setup for my domain mydomainexample.com
- Using Microsoft Outlook Client and accessing my Zoho Emails through Zoho Login Credentials
- Using Google Workspace where my mydomainexample.com is registered
Each time when I sent an Google Calender invite to my mydomainexample.com-Emails from another mydomainexample.com-Email, a calender invite was being blocked by Zoho.
Below is an easy fix. Login to your Zoho Admin Account and follow these steps:
- Click on “Security & Compliance”
- Click on “Spam Control”
- Click on “Trusted List”
- Click on the tab “Domains”
- And then click “+Add” and add your domain
As a result, Zoho will no longer block incoming Calendar Notifications from Google.
