When Vista Prado, a senior care facility in Vallejo, CA, wanted to grow its online visibility, they didn’t need to reinvent the wheel. They just needed to borrow a really good one.

Learn From What’s Working
When another branch of your business has already done the hard work, it would be prudent to learn from its proven success. Vista Prado and our digital agency, Blue Media, knew better than to just copy and paste. SEO doesn’t reward shortcuts. So instead of duplicating content, we duplicated strategy.
We took the core ideas that made Stellar Care’s SEO successful — strong calls to action, helpful resources, emotionally compelling content — and adapted them to fit Vista Prado’s brand and audience.
Repurpose, Don’t Repeat
One of the creative moves came down to content. Stellar Care’s Blog Section had proven to be a game-changer, pulling in visitors by answering the exact questions families were asking online. But Vista Prado couldn’t just reuse those articles — Google penalizes duplicated content.
We then repackaged the best blog topics into an FAQ format — bite-sized, easily digestible answers to common questions about senior care, dementia support, and assisted living. This not only avoided duplicate content issues but actually made things easier for site visitors to navigate and understand.
The Numbers Don’t Lie
Within just a year of launching their campaign, Vista Prado’s keyword rankings shot up from 72 to 566 — that’s a 686% jump. They landed on Page 1 of Google for competitive terms like “Assisted Living Facility” and “Senior Living” in the bay area even grabbing the top spot for several of them.
More importantly: the phone started ringing. Tour requests increased. And for the first time, Vista Prado was getting a steady stream of interest purely through SEO — no ads, no extra spend, just organic traffic doing the heavy lifting.
